We're going in a new direction. Next week we're off to San Francisco for treatment. Monday we go for tests, blood work, meet with the Doctors and go through admissions. Steve will have the Gamma Knife procedure Wednesday, March 12th. We arrive at 6 a.m. to have an MRI to set up the positioning for the radiation with the computer. We're not sure if we'll come home Wednesday or Thursday. Depending on how Steve feels. It's an out-patient procedure. But if Steve doesn't feel up to riding back to Roseville we'll stay in S.F. another night.
Steve's in great spirits, anxious to get going on the next leg of our journey. He's still working out, walking and swimming (he's up to 16 laps a day). I wish I could do one.
Wouldn't it be nice if our lives were like VCRs and we could "fast forward" through the crummy times?
